OVEN BAKED MEATBALLS RECIPE
The juiciest pork and beef meatballs PACKED full of flavour in a rich tomato marinara. Perfect on top of spaghetti, as a tapas dish or my personal favourite, stuffed inside a fluffy focaccia! 🍝
I reckon I could eat these oven baked meatballs every single day and I still wouldn’t get sick of them they are that GOOD! In fact, because they are my favourite comfort meal, I made a HUGE batch and now have literally hundreds in my freezer ready for when I have this baby (I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant🤰).
In my opinion the BEST way to eat meatballs in stuffed inside focaccia topped with parmesan and parsley! SOOOO GOOOOOOOD! TOP TIP: Reheat your focaccia in the oven to make it super crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
