HOW IT WORKS

An angel shot isn't a shot or a drink. It's a code that sends a signal to the bar staff that you need assistance.

It’s a simple and effective way to request help from a bartender or the venue staff. From a restaurateur's perspective, it's an easy way to protect your patrons and ensure that they feel safe.

The Angel Shot App is an app that takes the Angel Shot and makes it universal, covert, and adds some additional functionality.

Step 1 Find the place you are going to
Step 2 “Check in” when you arrive
Step 3 If needed, order an Angel Shot through the app
- Submit your request
- Venue staff gets an alert
- Staff confirms request is received
- Situation to be handled
- Leave a review if you wish

HOW TO USE THE APP

STEP 1

Registration & Account Set up

Download the App, Create an account. Then enter information, emergency contact information and you are ready to go.

STEP 2

Set Up Profile & Emergency Contacts

The Angel Shot App allows you to load in your car details and as many emergency contacts as you like.

STEP 3

Choose location

The Angel Shot App can pull nearby bars and restaurants by your location. This is linked to Google Business Pages and Google Maps, so you can get directions too.

STEP 4

Check in

Once you are at your desired location, you check in and and you are connected to the bar staff or security staff.

STEP 5

Ordering an Angel Shot

Hopefully you will never need to use it, but there are 4 options to order along with a place to make a comment. Should someone be bothering you, it will look like you are merely sending a text out. It’s very discreet.

STEP 6

Alerts Go Out

Alerts are received by the bar staff along with your emergency contacts if you wish to alert them as well.

How Bar Staff Will Use The App

STEP 1

Registration & Account Set up

Download the App, Create an account for your Bar and link to the populated Google Business Page for your venue.

STEP 02

Log In

Once you log in your venue can receive messages from patrons if need be. It is suggested that there is a device behind the bar, and / or with security

STEP 03

Become Familiar with the Alerts

There are four possible Alerts.
Angel Shot - I feel uncomfortable, means mild assistance
Angel Shot Neat - I need an escort to my car (You will get vehicle lic plate)
Angel Shot Rocks - I need to be called a cab
Angel Shot Lime - Contact the Police

STEP 04

Assist when called upon

Your staff does this already, and is usually more reactive. You will get the alert and can respond accordingly. You can reply to the alert in the app ad answer that it was received, and eventually when completed. Response time will be tracked.

STEP 05

Your Patron will thank you for your assistance and your incident will be logged. We are going to populate all bars, restaurants, clubs via google business listings and sic code.
