Anyone following my writing and wondering why I seemed to fall off the earth, I'm sorry for my disappearance. I know many of you are especially following The Difference a Little Time Can Make which I haven't updated in a year and I'm sorry. I have been majorly blocked on it but as you can see from my ff.net profile I had still been writing.

At least until a couple of months ago. I had finally gotten some inspiration and was working on Kagome's Curse before I was going to try working on Difference again. Then tragedy struck. My older brother suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. We still don't know the cause of death. As you can imagine I haven't had the time or the inclination to write. I haven't even been in the mood to read any fics until the last few days, not even some of my favorite authors who have posted recently.

However, I have started reading again, once more finding interest in my favorite fandom. And I am beginning to feel the urge to write again, the ideas are being stirred in my mind. So to anyone who comes here looking for a sign that I will be posting something, rest assured that I will post again soon. And the first thing I am going to try to post is the next chapter of Difference. So please bear with me, I will update as soon as I can. Thank you for your continued support.

Wow, been a while since I posted anything here. Anyone who checks this page, I am still working on my fics, including The Difference a Little Time Can Make. I just don't know when anything will be ready to post.

But in other news, and the reason for this post:

My fic, Protect Me, Hold Me, Love Me has been nominated at a new Inuyasha awards site. Feel free to check it out and participate. http://bornforeachother.blogspot.com/ Thank you to who ever nominated me and to any one who votes.
Sorry it's a bit late but Happy Halloween to everyone. For the first time in years I dressed in a costume. I went as an Inu Hanyou.
I really do. I had a few days off this week and had planned to get ahead in my writing. Instead I caught this horrible cold and my brain has been too fuzzy too concentrate on my writing. For the same reason, I couldn't even watch any of my anime because I prefer them in the original japanese with subtitles. Oddly enough, I was able to read some fanfiction so at least I managed to catch up on some of reading list. Just don't understand why I could read that and not the subtitles.

And when I finally start to get over this cold, it's time to go back to work. And my work schedule at the moment is that on the days when I have to work I don't have enough time to work on anything. So unfortunately, it looks like the next chapter of Difference will be delayed another week. Sorry.

Oops! I've been reading too much Inuyasha fanfiction

Alright, you know you've been reading too much Inuyasha fanfiction when you start to do a crossword puzzle and the clue is: a type of clay pot. The first thing that popped into my mind? Kikyou. Sad thing is that the number of letters was correct. I was really tempted to put that down as the answer, then I figured they would of said a walking clay pot.

Now don't get me wrong, I don't really have anything against Kikyou, I just prefer Inuyasha with Kagome. And a lot of the stories that I read end up refering to her that way, so it tends to stand out in my mind.

Well, I recently began watching Yu Yu Hakusho. The first time I saw Kurama I thought that his hairstyle was really similar to Inuyasha's, just shorter. Then I got to the episode where we see him as Youko Kurama. My first thought? They ripped off Inuyasha. I really thought that he looks like a mix of Inuyasha and Sesshomaru. The silvery white hair and golden eyes and then the ears on top of the head. Then I remembered that YYH is actually older than IY. Still it would make a good story, though not one I think I would write.
