Open Access Article Processing Charge (APC)
Journal: Safety & Health for Medical Workers (SHMW) — Publisher: PT. Inovasi Analisis Data

We extend our appreciation to authors who submit manuscripts to SHMW. To sustain high-quality, fully open access publication services, the journal levies an Article Processing Charge (APC) as specified below. The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. No submission or peer-review fees are charged, and editorial decisions are made independently of any payment considerations.

Payable after Acceptance/LOA issuance.
Authors outside Indonesia
APC: USD 30

Payment Instructions & Policy
  1. The APC is payable only after formal acceptance (no submission/review charges).
  2. Please include the payment reference: SHMW-<ManuscriptID> and the corresponding author’s name.
  3. Upload the proof of payment via OJS (Discussion) or email the editorial office at admin1@analysisdata.co.id.
  4. An invoice and official receipt will be issued by the secretariat after verification (typically within 1–2 business days).
  5. Refunds: APCs are non-refundable once the article has entered production. If the journal cancels an accepted article for editorial or administrative reasons before production, the APC will be refunded in full.
Editorial Cooperation

Timely, point-by-point responses to editorial queries and reviewers’ comments facilitate efficient processing and high-quality publication. Upon acceptance, authors will receive an official Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
