    Story is funny and practical too.
    Picture presentation is very effective. It will be further beneficial if a tip/idea is included in the story regarding how to
    put socks pair together( by knoting one with other or putting one in other etc).I will encourage my kids to read this.

    "Goldy the Puppy and the Missing Socks" by Kim Ann is a cute short story written in rhyme. The pictures are really adorable with Goldy's antics. Two kids are trying to figure out why they never seem to have matching socks even though they fold them up neatly, but then they are gone. The pictures show the two kids with mismatched socks and it's quite hilarious, especially with Goldy off to the side watching. What is Goldy up to in this book?
    This book would be best for preschool to kindergarten ages since the story is very short. It would make the perfect back to school book since there are probably a lot of kids searching for missing socks as school starts!

    Love the cute, colourful illustrations in this story - especially of little Goldy trying to hide her guilty secret!

    We often wonder about the mystery of missing socks, and this sweet rhyming story reveals that, at least in one household, the answer has to do with a four-legged friend rather than a terrible sock monster!
