Rock hard long nails! Maybe positive affect on Bones?
After taking this product for months now I have rockhard long nails! I never could grow long nails! My hope is that I am also building strong bones. I have a DEXA test in December so will update. I do take other supplements that includes more calcium minerals magnesium D3 and K2 products. The cost is worth it for the rockhard nails alone and the hope that strong bones may be developing too!

    I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and had no side effects at all. I did a lot of research on bone health supplements and chose this one because it seemed well-formulated and reliable. It’s easy on the stomach and gives me peace of mind as I get older. Happy with the purchase so far!
