Product description
A workstand is perhaps the most essential tool for anyone working on a bicycle. Elevating the bike off the ground allows full use of the drivetrain, frees up the hands, and prevents neck and back strain from hunching or kneeling over a bike that is upside-down or precariously leaning against a wall.
The Park Tool PCS-10.3 is a basic bike workstand designed and built for the home mechanic: a stable way to hold nearly any bicycle for adjustments, cleaning and repair. The PCS-10.3 is the perfect stand to upgrade your home shop.
ANY BIKE
The PCS-10.3 is able to hold up to 80 pounds (36 kg), which allows for compatibility with virtually all two-wheeled pedal-driven bicycles (including fat bikes), as well as most e-bikes.
NOTE: The maximum weight holding capacity assumes the weight is centered over the legs.
ANY SEATPOST
Based on the same design found on our world-famous professional shop stands, the clamp of the PCS-10.3 features narrow jaws (2.7"/7 cm) to fit into tight areas or on short seatposts, and adjusts to fit 7/8" to 3" (22–76 mm) diameter tubes and seatposts of any shape and material, including aero posts and carbon fiber frames.
ANY POSITION
The PCS-10.3 features 18 inches of height adjustment – from 39" to 57" (99–145 cm) – putting all parts of the bike within reach for any mechanic whether seated or standing. With 360 degrees of clamp rotation, the PCS-10.3 can hold bicycles in a comfortable position for any procedure – even upside down.
STRONG
The PCS-10.3 features all-steel construction with durable textured powder coat finish for maximum stiffness and durability. Teardrop-shaped tubing adds strength and rigidity, and ensures that all moving parts stay aligned during use and folding.
PORTABLE
At only 16 lbs. (7.2 kg) and able to quickly fold down to 45" x 14.5" (114 x 37 cm), the PCS-10.3 is perfect for the mobile mechanic or garage. The smooth-operating leg supports pull both legs up in one quick motion.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES & UPGRADES
MICRO-ADJUSTABLE CLAMP
Our proven clamp design combines cam actuation - for quick one-handed entry and exit of seat posts and frames - with a micro-adjust lever - for easy accommodation of tubes of all sizes. Also includes a rubber saddle pad to allow the bike to be hung up for quick adjustment or storage.
PARTS/TOOLS TRAY
The integrated parts tray is height adjustable and includes several holes and a small tray to hold parts and tools, and can be used with the PTH-1 Paper Towel Holder (sold separately).
UPGRADED COLLAR
The height adjustment collar features a quick release lever for easy, secure height adjustment, and includes accessory ports for compatibility with the #106 Work Tray (sold separately).
UPGRADED LEG SUPPORTS
The formed tubular leg supports offer extra strength and rigidity to an already extremely stable design, with an additional spring button for added security.

A pleasure to use, will last for decades
Reviewed in the United States on April 10, 2023This stand is very well made and is a pleasure to use because of it's well-thought-out design and heavy construction. I feel like the oval steel frame tube is what makes it so functional. Park Tool specified the perfect gauge and diameter of tubing for sturdiness without making the stand ridiculously heavy.
One of my bikes is an all-carbon e-gravel bike in X-Large and I would not want to clamp the frame in the clamp for fear of fracturing or causing micro-cracks in the carbon while working on it. It does clamp the solid carbon seat-post just fine but the bike will have a nose-down attitude unless you rotate the bike and clamp the stand's pivot tight to hold the bike level. While this works, it can be a lot of stress on the seat post and seat tube that it may not be designed to take. This is a testament to the strength of the stand, I'm just not sure I want my bike to be under so much torque while wrenching on it.
My recommendation for carbon bikes is to either clamp the seat post and leave the bike in a somewhat nose-down attitude where it naturally wants to balance, or do what I did, spend another $150 on the best bike stand accessory ever, the Silca Hirobel Frame Clamp (Google it). This clamps in the Park Tool clamp horizontally and allows the top tube of the bike to cradle on two soft pads. I know it sounds like a lot of money for minimal functionality but it's a must for carbon frames and I would consider it a good purchase for aluminum frames as well. It also makes it easier to mount and unmount heavier bikes from the stand.
The other nice accessory I bought that increases the stability of the bike on the stand is the Park Tool handlebar stabilizer, HBH-3. It's $50 but much nicer and more versatile than the bent wire holder that Park Tool also sells. It's very well designed and I use it between the handlebar and the head of the bike stand which holds the handlebars from turning as well as stabilizing the bike on the stand a bit.
I know this seems like a lot of money to spend on something that merely holds bikes so they can be worked on, but it takes all the tedium out of cleaning, upgrading and maintaining a bike. I can justify it by the money I DON'T spend by having the work done at a local bike shop.
The Park Tool Bike Stand is just as good as I thought it would be with no big disappointments. While it's not sold as a travel stand, it's easy enough to break down small enough that it's practical to throw it in your car if you want to work on your bike somewhere else and are not otherwise cramped for car space.

It's Great Quality! And that's hard to find these days!
Reviewed in the United States on February 23, 2022I'd buy it again and will definitely purchase more of Park Tool's product line. The product material quality is great. You can tell the people using their products are the people designing them. <3
It is built well. Every component feels complete and the wall thickness of all tubing and bracing is thick, as if it were almost over engineered and they haven't cut all the profit out. None of it seems like it was stamped out in a massive low quality factory. It's great!
In use, I had no problem putting my 60 and 70lb EBikes (with battery!) at 5+ feet eye level. The clamps all work well and were easy to use. I experimented and mounted it from 2 different points. Easy to set up/break down. Mobile and that rocks. No issues. Love it all.
It's very sturdy. Don't let the 1 star review fool you.
At 5+ ft high with a heavy EBike mounted at the frame, it is "more than" sturdy enough to do everything repair related. It does not wobble with a bike mounted or while working on one. You really have to push the bike to get it ossicating at best.
I decided to test it out with a big push. I gave it an old "1980's car door push". It will take it and wobble, but it doesn't make me nervous one bit :D This sucker is nice.
The stand does not wobble. I think some of the poor reviews assembled the stand improperly. I attached a photo of where I think they may have missed some important assembly steps.
It's really important that you complete step 5 and tighten down bolt 15 before jumping to step 7.
Buy one! You won't regret it!
Thank you Park Tool for not making garbage!

Much better than the plastic bench-top stands
Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2026I had been using a cheaper plastic bike stand that clamped on my work bench to save some money. I'm glad I invested a bit more to get the Park Tool stand because it's worlds better. It's very sturdy and holds my bikes stable. The tubes are thick and solid (looking at the picture, I thought the stand was flimsy, but it's not). The clamp is nicely designed--it's quick and easy to clamp the bike in place. I can't think of any negatives except I would like the tool tray to be a bit bigger. I didn't think I would use it, but it's pretty handy.

Quality bike stand
Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2025Works fantastic. We tore down a Mongoose Malus to convert it to an e-bike using the stand, and it performed admirably. The stock bike is heavy as is. Once we added everything the thing is HEFTY, and yet the stand is rock solid.
It's pretty lightweight, easy to assemble, folds and stores nicely (we just hang it on a wall hook in the garage), grips the bike well, and is very stable.

Great stand. Poor instructions.
Reviewed in the United States on June 8, 2026Great product but the instructions need work. Otherwise 5 stars. You’re better off looking at the picture on the box than trying to follow the manual. The images are too small. The text is too dense. But this is the best bike stand you can get for home use. That’s my 55 lb Trek electric in the photo. Solid and stable.

Convenient Bike Stand with Sturdy Design
Reviewed in the United States on October 18, 2025This bike stand is a game-changer - well-designed, sturdy, and functions flawlessly. Assembling it is a breeze with the helpful online video guide. The only downside is the lack of a handlebar holder (stabilizer). It would be a nice touch if Park Tool included an HBH-2 holder with the stand or offered a discount on an HBH-3 with a "proof of purchase" submission. Overall, a top-notch stand for bike maintenance enthusiasts.
