America First Warehouse, Ronkonkoma, NY

Rebecca Weber is the CEO of the Association for Mature American Citizens (AMAC), the premier conservative grassroots organization for Americans over 50. Founded in 2007 by her father, the late Dan Weber, Rebecca helped grow the organization from a brilliant idea into a two-million-plus member association. AMAC is now the conservative alternative to AARP and is the fastest-growing conservative group in America.

In 2020, Rebecca assumed the role of CEO to continue her father's legacy of advocating for mature Americans so they can live longer, keep more of their hard-earned money, retire with dignity, and preserve the values that have always strengthened our nation. In 2011, Rebecca formed AMAC Senior Resources Network, Inc. as a vehicle to offer AMAC members guidance with their health-care insurance options. AMAC Senior Resources Network has been recognized as one of the top 10 largest providers of insurance products in the nation.

As editor-in-chief of the AMAC Magazine, Rebecca has grown the publication to reach more than 1.7 million American households bimonthly. She also hosts the Better for America podcast to hear from leading conservatives on the most important issues facing our nation. She is the president of the AMAC foundation, serves on the board of AMAC Action, and is a member of the Texas Border Coalition.

In 2022, Rebecca testified before Congress on the Senate's Special Committee on Aging on the importance of ensuring Social Security solvency and implementing economic policies to support American seniors.

In addition to her role as CEO of AMAC, Rebecca serves as president and CEO of Hometown Insurance Agency of Long Island and Hometown Firefighters Services, the leading provider of retirement accounts and benefits for volunteer firefighters in the state of New York, Virginia and Connecticut. Providing administrative and actuarial services to more than 200 fire districts and emergency service departments, Rebecca is honored to serve the brave men and women who protect our communities.

During her more than three decades in the insurance industry, she has earned the prestigious distinctions of VIP status with multiple insurance providers and Elite status with Travelers Insurance Company. She is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and a member of Vistage, where she has earned multiple awards for outstanding leadership.

Born and raised on Long Island, Rebecca is a proud mother and grandmother who is committed to preserving the American values of faith, family, and freedom for future generations.

Dave Weber

President of AMAC
Bootcamp for Patriots
June 20, 2026 • Noon–5 PM
America First Warehouse, Ronkonkoma, NY

Dave Weber serves as President of AMAC, providing strategic leadership and driving the organization’s continued growth and impact on behalf of its members.

Dave is one of the key driving forces behind the Association of Mature American Citizens. Since 2007, he has labored passionately to build the foundation of what has emerged as a leading advocate for America’s older citizens and has made enormous personal commitments to AMAC’s mission.

After graduating from Sayville High School in 1994 and while completing studies at The State University of New York and Suffolk County Community College, Dave joined his family’s independent insurance agency – Hometown Insurance in Bohemia, New York – where he quickly became an integral part of the firm’s internal operations. During the ensuing 20 years, he became a subject-matter expert in the Personal Insurance industry, applying this knowledge and experience to the building and mentoring of the network of sales and service teams that would propel Hometown to success.

Dave is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and is a licensed Property and Casualty, and Life, Accident and Health Broker in the State of New York. In 2003, Dave’s accomplishments were recognized with the coveted “High Achievement Award” from Travelers Insurance.

He previously held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, where he was instrumental in expanding AMAC’s operational footprint, establishing offices in New York, Florida, and New Mexico, and strengthening the organization’s national presence.

During his tenure, he led the development of key member benefits—including AMAC’s Roadside Assistance and Auto Insurance programs—and built strategic partnerships that enhanced value for AMAC’s membership.

Dave’s work with AMAC, coupled with his belief in the free enterprise system, has helped position the organization to the forefront of advocacy, benefits, and services for America’s seniors.

In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. He is an avid hiker, an Adirondack 46er, canoeist, and backcountry explorer.
