It’s finally here—the season I look forward to most. Everything feels like a fresh start: the crisp air, the return of routine, and that sense of renewal in every direction.
This summer has been full of exciting projects. Beyond the food and bev packaging projects I spoke about in my last newsletter, I had the pleasure of being a part of so brand identities and some rebranding moments. Mint Health in Waterbury VT included a full identity and site, along with a custom mural. We launched Succurro’s new brand identity through their website, printed materials and packaging.
I collaborated with The Buttery on their one-year anniversary giveaway, worked with a sculptor / interior designer on her website, and launched a brand identity for a local Vermont hotel + restaurant, River & Rye.
I’m so grateful to collaborate with such passionate business owners and to be given the space to create and shape each project’s visual direction.






Inside Scoop
After some thought, I’ve started a subscription based option on my account here on substack, however I’ll still have “for everyone” newsletters go out with featured projects, so only sign up if you want the subscription model.
For the subscription version, ($5/mo or $50/yr) I plan to share resources, inspirations, and some helpful ideas that go into building a business. This may include how to overcome the days of self doubt, downloadable files of how I organize my outreach and back of house, or how I build a mood-board. It will also be a fun place to share some things that truly inspire me, travel guides, and illustration/design projects to work on.
Subscribers will also get a gift per year from me - a print, a pin, or anything else I feel like making to highlight ‘a year of making.’
With 15+ years of experience in working as a creative, having a side hustle, and then ultimately building a sustainable small business, I remember the days in the beginning — even some pop-up now — where I would look to the world of creatives I admired for advice. I know I don’t know everything by any means, but what I do know may be able to inspire or help someone who subscribes.
The first subscribed newsletter is all about what to do when you have a lull in work, and my roadmap for reaching out to clients. There will be a downloadable work-sheet as well! A possible Halloween movie list to print and tackle could be in the cards.
