They are backed by legal structure.
What kinds of decisions will proposals cover?
Proposals will cover club and community matters within a published governance scope.
These include budget allocation, kit and crest design, matchday experience, and stadium naming.
Chairman elections will be phased in over time.
Each proposal is classified as binding or advisory before the vote opens.
Sporting decisions and operational budgets are reserved to the board.

Is this just for local fans?
No.
The AlphaFC platform is available globally, subject to restrictions in the Token Sale Terms.
