TdT (Murine)
Description
Terminal Transferase catalyzes the untemplated addition of deoxynucleotides to the 3' hydroxyl terminus of DNA molecules. Â This enzyme is derived from the dntt gene from Mus Musculus, and is the "Isoform S" version, which is a 131 amino acid N-terminal truncation of the enzyme described in Comparison of the Two Murine Deoxynucleotidyltransferase Terminal Isoforms, Boule J.-B., Rougeon F., Papanicolaou C.J. Biol. Chem. 275:28984-28988 (2000)
