SoloScript™ RNA Polymerase

SoloScript™ RNA Polymerase is a novel enzyme designed to reduce immunogenic double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) by-products in mRNAs synthesized by in vitro transcription (IVT). Importantly, SoloScript™ can directly substitute for wild-type (WT) T7 RNA polymerase in IVT, reducing dsRNA by up to 85% while retaining IVT yields, efficiency, and key mRNA quality attributes, making it an attractive enhancement to existing production-scale processes.
