As per AllWebCo’s customer announcement, effective March 1st, 2026, EntirelyDigital has taken over full responsibility for hosting and domain services for AllWebCo customers — including support, billing, and service management.
We’re excited to expand the level of service, resources, and reliability available to you.  
Our team is already working closely with AllWebCo to ensure a seamless transition and a superior support experience.

Hello,
I hope this note finds you well. I have some exciting news that I wanted to share.

As you know, AllWebCo has always worked hard to ensure that its customers has received the best web hosting services available, and we trust you have appreciated our commitment to your success.

What you may not have known is that we have been partnered with one of North America’s data center service providers, EntirelyDigital, for many years. As the hosting and security challenges have changed and increased over the years, EntirelyDigital has been a steadfast partner.

As part of our strategic review of our service offering, it is my pleasure to announce that AllWebCo has combined resources with EntirelyDigital to further enhance our customers’ services with improved resources and options for your hosting requirements. As a result, going forward, your hosting and domain services will be managed and supported by EntirelyDigital.

The rest of our service offering is unchanged, such as design work, website management, etc. We will continue to provide an additional layer of support to our customers – the extra support from EntirelyDigital will only further enhance the services you receive.

While the immediate changes are few, the long-term benefit to all our customers is real:

  • Improved support and customer service
    EntirelyDigital has a larger, dedicated staff, available 24x7. Over the next short while, we will closely integrate our support staff to provide an increased level of customer service.

  • Same hosting, same pricing — different name
    There will be no changes to your hosting services or pricing. The only change is that invoices and emails will now come from "EntirelyDigital," and credit card statements will show “ENTIRELYDIGITAL.”

  • Expanded product offering
    Customers can now choose from a wider range of services, including Offsite Cloud Backup, VPS, Advanced Cloud Anti-spam/Anti-virus, and more.

Founded in 2001, EntirelyDigital has grown steadily with data center presences in the US and Canada.

Please feel free to contact us at any time, but please be patient as our agents get used to all of the new customer names and details. Also note that our administrative office hours are 9am to 5pm EST, but we offer 24x7 response teams who will take your call and pass requests to the appropriate department.
