Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 global goals established by the United Nations in 2015 with the aim of creating a better and more sustainable future for all. They recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth \u2013 all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests. <\/span>At Allurity, we believe that operating sustainably is not only the right thing to do, but it also makes good business sense. By aligning our business strategies with the SDGs, we can create value for our stakeholders while contributing to a safer and more sustainable world.<\/p>\n

By integrating these SDGs into our business operations, we are not only making a positive impact on society and the environment but also creating long-term value for our stakeholders. We believe that operating sustainably is a key differentiator in today’s business landscape and essential for the success of any organization. Target 13 Climate action<\/h3>\r\n

Allurity recognizes the critical importance of addressing climate change and is committed to achieving Net Zero by aligning with the Paris Agreement through specific, measurable goals to significantly reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. We aim for a 42% absolute reduction in Scope 1-2 emissions by 2030, cutting emissions from 179 tCO\u2082 (2022 baseline) to 103.6 tCO\u2082. In 2023, we achieved a 22% year-over-year decrease, exceeding our interim target. For Scope 3 emissions, although emissions increased by 12% in 2023 due to acquisitions and improved measurement, we have identified key reduction measures to address these emissions in the next phase. Our unified strategy empowers each company within the group to set specific goals and implement tailored initiatives, contributing to our collective sustainability mission. By prioritizing operational efficiency and renewable energy, we are taking actionable steps to achieve our GHG reduction goals and realize our Net Zero vision.<\/p>\r\n 01<\/span>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n \r\n

Target 5 Gender Equality<\/h3>\r\n

We recognize the importance of ending all forms of discrimination against women and girls and ensuring their full and effective participation, as well as equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic, and public life. To address these challenges, we are committed to substantially reducing corruption and bribery in all their forms and developing effective, accountable, and transparent institutions at all levels.\r\n\r\nWe have implemented robust internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
