I Achieved The Medically Impossible
And I'm here to tell you about it
They said it was impossible.
I’ll back up. When I had my calcium scoring a year ago, which measures the calcifications in your arteries, it was frighteningly high — the almost-certain promise of coronary artery disease and a moderate to severe risk of having a heart attack in the next few years.
So what’s an acceptable calcium score? Zero, that’s what. You want a 0, on a scale of 0-399. Anything over a 10 is a cause for concern.
My score was 170. No bueno.
And I was told, by my doctor, by the cardiologist, by everyone, really, that once you get a calcium score, you can only mitigate it, prevent it from going up, it will never go down.
Ever.
Doctor Google agrees whole-heartedly (no pun intended). And of course, the only way to mitigate it is to get on a pill, a statin, that I would have to take for the rest of my life.
I decided to give myself a year. If it stayed the same or went up, I would figure something out (can’t really take statins because of family history, but that’s another story). It looked like surgery would probably be my only option if things didn’t start to change.
So I did a lot of things this past year. I stopped eating red meat, except maybe once or twice a month. I walked on the beach almost every day. I upped my water intake. I took D3 + K2, and something called Nattokinase.
I’m already pretty healthy — these calcifications around my heart are old business from a previous unhealthy lifestyle and probably some self-explanatory emotional baggage, if you believe that the body, indeed, keeps the score.
Most importantly, I took massive, heroic IV infusions of Vitamin C, which apparently was proven by Linus Pauling to break up plaque in arteries. I was taking 25,000 mg every few weeks for the past year.
I also truly feel that my work with Maryn Azoff through her program Vocal Transformation, where we chanted through the chakras and created high vibrations and frequencies throughout the body, helped tremendously. During a deep ceremony with Maryn at the end of May, I could feel the calcifications around my heart bubbling up like a sixth-grader’s volcano science project. I could feel the ick coming out of my arteries and being washed away.
And also, the continuing work with The Jaguar Path, and Nina Crist and her Tai Chi classes and tuning forks, which moved the energy around my body.
And so it is.
Here is my score from a year ago, and my score now. If it had gone down a single point, to 169, I would be doing somersaults.
But it didn’t. It went down 27+ points.
I am beyond. I can’t believe this actually worked and that I was told, over and over again, that it was literally impossible to move that needle.
I intend to keep doing what I’m doing, folks. Whatever it is seems to be working and I feel like I am aligned with something really powerful in the universe. Call it God, call it Love, call it Fate, but whatever it is, I feel healthy, whole, and continually healing.
May you all feel the same.

Bridget: Our bodies can heal. We were created that way. I am so happy that you found a way to move that needle. Keep it up Sister! 🙏🙏🙏
Yay Bridget!! That’s fantastic news!
