House Filk
Yay, going to a local house filk at Sally Headford's house in a few hours. Looking forward to it. Sadly, I have enough of a cold left that I probably won't be doing much singing, but it will be fun to see everyone and catch up and all, especially now that reports and interviews are done! I've just realized that I haven't done anything filk-like since WorldCon, wow, three months, with the exception of Urban Tapestry practices, of course. No wonder I feel the need for a good filk fix.
John and I are going to pick Debbie up at the subway station at 1:00 and we're going to go to lunch at The Pickle Barrel before heading to Sally's place. Yay, just a nice relaxing day, and I've so needed it. And don't worry
gentlehobbit, I'll be careful of my voice :). I find I'm still keenly aware that I have just over two weeks to get my voice in top form again for "The Gathering". Now that all the stress of late November is done maybe I'll recuperate a little faster!
