Rings on her Fingers...
A jewelry question today.
Earlier in the week when Emerlute sent me my new beaded Elven ring in my September 22 package, I had to rearrange all the rings on my right hand to accomodate it. Since she wasn't able to custom-size it for me, the ring was only able to fit on a finger that already had a ring on it. And since that ring also had sentimental value I needed to move it to a different finger.
Which got me wondering:
Question: What rings do you have on your hands right now? Where did you get them? Do they have any sentimental significance?
On my left hand I have my gold wedding band and my diamond engagement ring, both which were bought in downtown Toronto. On my right hand I have a silver Claddagh friendship ring that Lissa Allcock sent me from England after her visit here in 2000, as well as the green and copper beaded Elven ring that Emerlute sent me last week from Nashville and a gold pinkie ring with a blue background and red painted maple leaves that I bought in the gift shop at McMichael's Art Gallery during one of my hikes this summer.
I like rings :).
