Game of Thrones
Due to March Break, illness and my mother's funeral I'll be going back to school tomorrow for the first time in over three weeks. Whoa, it feels strange to have been gone for so long. And this will be a short week, too, due to the Easter long weekend.
One of the things I did as I was recovering at home at the end of this week was watch season 1 of "Game of Thrones". I had read the first book in the series and enjoyed it, but I had heard the series was very violent, so I didn't think it would be for me. John rented it and brought it home, though, so I started watching with him. And, yeah, it's quite violent, but it's very, very good. By episode ten we were, like, no, don't stop, more more more, what happens now??
So I bought the second Thrones book on my Kindle and I'm already well into it. And I know the second season starts on TV tonight, so we'll get to it soon.
