Let It Snow
Like the rest of Southern Ontario I'm tucked in waiting for, according to the media, the worst storm this area has had in a couple of years. We'll see. We've had it pretty easy this year compared to other areas, like the American northeast.
All my class is expecting a Snow Day tomorrow. We'll see. I told them to do their homework tonight, anyway, 'cause you never know. The emergency plans are in place at school for the buses being cancelled or not. Either way, I'll be there regardless, watching over whatever students straggle in to watch the blizzard from the classroom windows. I could have a full class or a handful of kids- only weather and time will tell.
Tonight I'm going to curl up with a quilt, John, green tea, whatever's on TV, the Oscar issue of Entertainment Weekly and cross-stitch and not worry about it until morning.
