A Typical Urban Tapestry Practice...

Jodi is long-suffering
Originally uploaded by Allisona
Deb, Jodi and I got together for the last time today before we head next weekend to John and Joanne Hall's place in Rochester to perform a house concert on the Saturday night, Sept. 22. We are very excited about it! Hanging out with cool people, checking out Rochester, singing, takin' photos. Should be a great time!

We'll be doing two fifty minute sets at the house concert with a half-hour break in-between. We've selected a wide range of our songs going back as far as our earliest years right up songs written and arranged this year. Deb pointed out tonight that next year will be our fifteenth anniversary as a group. Whoa, just whoa. So when I call this photo to the right "Jodi is long-suffering" I mean loooong-suffering :).

'Cause, yeah, I pulled out the new camera to experiment with tonight and it should surprise no one that Debbie had even more fun experimenting with the camera than I did :). All three of us took turns taking goofy photos.

Pillow Fight

Um, every music practice should have a pillow fight, don't ya think?

Smooch

OK, Jodi is going to hate me for this one, but it was too cute to resist :).

A break between songs
