Butterflies

I finished this butterfly design on a cross-stitch shirt last night. I'm always pleased how a $7.00 t-shirt can turn out to be quite pretty and very unique with a little embroidery. I have a few more shirts set aside for embroidery, too, once I find a pattern to inspire me. The next pattern I'm going to stitch is of a Narnia-esque "winter queen" from a book of designs I won at an Interfilk auction a few years back (yay, Interfilk). Lots of pale blues and mauves on light blue Aida cloth. Should keep me busy for the rest of the summer.
