Oscar Predictions
Tomorrow will be a blah day as I have a Weight Watcher meeting where I'm guaranteed to go up on the scale, followed by a lengthy dentist appointment. Bleah, yuck.
But, hey, Sunday is Oscar night- always a ritual night for snuggling down in a quilt with popcorn and herbal tea and throwing socks at the screen when they give awards to the wrong people. It won't be as cool as seeing "Return of The King" sweep 11 awards last year, but I'll enjoy it, anyway. And Oscar night is always a bit more fun if you've put your predictions on the line, so here's mine.

Jamie Foxx will take this award for "Ray" and deservedly so. I'd be happy to see Leonardo DiCaprio win, too.

It still shocks me that "Sky King and The World of Tomorrow" didn't get nominated in this category. Mediocre movie, granted, but the visual effects were pretty breath-taking.
