From Grassroots to Global
In 2011, indie author and poet Orna Ross had a bold idea: What if self-publishing could be ethical, empowering, and united?
She gathered a handful of like-minded writers. What started as a handful grew and grew. A spark turned into a movement. That movement became The Alliance of Independent Authors, a global, nonprofit association championing author freedom, excellence, and creative control.
Today, we support thousands of members in over 100 countries. As publishing evolved, so did ALLi becoming a powerful force for indie authors worldwide.
