      • Not all conflict in a fantasy novel is very clear-cut. My novel and many others tend to lean very heavily into the Mystery genre as well.

      • Take a day off..
        Take A week off ...
        Heck, take an entire month off.
        Or do what I should have done and taken entire year. I wish i had let my book breathe, let it rest. To make 100% sure it was ready before publishing. And I don't mean play with it over a six month or a year period. I mean step away from the book completely, so you can come back with a fresh set of eyes. What we realize after...
