S.D. Hintz has professionally published several short stories and novels over the past decade. He is the former Editor-in-Chief of KHP Publishers. He currently resides in Minnesota.

Chantal Boudreau is an accountant by day and an author/illustrator during evenings and weekends, who lives by the ocean in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada with her husband and two children. In addition to being a CMA-MBA, she has a BA with a major in English from Dalhousie University. A member of the Horror Writers Association, she writes and illustrates predominantly horror, dark fantasy and fantasy and has had several of her short stories published in anthologies. Fervor, her debut novel, a dystopian science fantasy tale, was released in March of 2011 followed by sequels Elevation, Transcendence, and Providence. Other releases include her novel, Magic University, the first in her fantasy series, Masters & Renegades, and its sequels, Casualties of War and Prisoners of Fate, as well as her Snowy Barrens Trilogy.

R.A. Goli is an Australian reader, writer, gamer and sometime hiker. She writes horror, fantasy, speculative fiction and erotic horror. Hobbies include bugging her pets and husband.

Being a writer is something you can't get away from, no matter what job you're working at to pay the bills. And I tried out a number of them, from cooking to bartending, and even a number of years as a pharmacy technician. But there was always a short story or a novel in the works. It took a lot of work, and a few decades, to finally achieve the published author status. Now that I'm there, there's no going back.

I love a good horror novel, which is why I have almost every Stephen King book there is on my bookshelf. My short stories are great for a chill if that's what you're into. Though I only have a few out there so far, I'm doing my best to add to those writing credits.

Amanda Crum is a writer and artist whose work has been published in Barren Magazine, The Hellebore, Lunch Ticket, and more. She is the author of The Fireman's Daughter, Where Wild Beasts Grow, The Darkened Mirror, and several books of horror-themed poetry. In 2021, she won the Diana Woods Memorial Award for Creative Nonfiction; in 2022, her short story, "A Mouthful of Ice", won The Dark Sire Horror Award. Amanda lives in Kentucky with her husband and two children.

I first started writing when I was about ten years old. I'd go out into the woods with a notebook, a pencil, and the family dog, Rufus. There was a huge oak tree that had fallen in a storm. Its roots were upended, but they still had enough dirt on them for the tree to leaf out each year. I thought this giant tree was a marvel. I probably liked it so much because I didn't usually climb trees being scared of heights, but I sure climbed this one. Rufus and I kept each other great company until I went up into the tree; then I did my thing and he did his. I wrote really terrible poetry, and he chased rabbits and did other dog-related activities. Sometimes I stayed on the tree for hours, scribbling my thoughts into the notebook. Other times I went home sooner, especially in the winter when the Iowan cold bit my fingers so soon after arriving that writing quickly became impossible.

I later moved to the Deep South and now live in Mobile, Alabama. I've also lived in Salinas, California, and I now go to Prince Edward Island, Canada as much as I can.

I typically don't write suspense or horror type stories although my story "Paybacks" in Two Eyes Open by McKenzie Publishing is suspenseful. Otherwise, you might see many kinds of different work coming from my pen except, perhaps, the poetry I wrote as a child. I think I've learned that I can write stories, even non-fiction, but alas, I am no poet!

In September of 2018 I was also published in Pink Panther Magazine and Ink in Thirds but because those publications are magazines, and not sold by Amazon, they aren't listed here. Pink Panther Magazine is GORGEOUS with loads of artwork, and Ink in Thirds has one of my favorite stories of mine in it -- "The Last" which is a flash piece of under 300 words. Both are worthy publications, and I recommend them both, not merely for my work, but because of the other contents they hold.

Kev Harrison is the Independent Press Award-winning writer of Shadow of the Hidden. Originally from England, Kev now lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal. He has previously lived in Turkey and Poland.
