While hiking at the age of 21, my son, Mahdi, fell over 300 feet from the Sacred Red Rocks in Sedona, Arizona. His body died when it hit the ground. Though his body's destruction was evident, from this destruction rose his Spirit ... his Free, Sovereign Spirit. Throughout his life, I connected to and nurtured this Free and Sovereign Spirit. Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, when his body fell, his Spirit rose. His rising Spirit stayed connected with my Spirit and a portal opened for me into a world that I describe in this book as the Place of Oneness. This book is a journey into that world. My son's fall was considered an accident in the Earthly realm. However, I came to know and under/inner-stand that his Spirit chose to trust and dive into this Place of Oneness. In the same way my son's Spirit trusted this dive into the Place of Oneness, I have trusted this dive into the same place as I wrote this book. Here, I have received information and have written this book accordingly. I invite you now to trust your dive into The Place of Oneness as you embrace this book.
To fully receive the benefits of this book, you are invited to practice the Art of Surrender and Letting Go. Let go, symbolically, emotionally, physically, and mentally. Let go of whatever it is that may prevent you from diving into the journey this book will lead you through... the journey into the Place of Oneness. Unzip or unbutton whatever coat you may have on that is keeping you stiff, rigid, fearful, and closed. Take off whatever mask and armor you may be wearing to protect yourself from the experience of the hurt, grief, fear, panic, and rage of your life. Allow this armored protection to feel held and nurtured by Divine Compassionate Love as found in the Place of Oneness. Allow this protection to melt in this Divine presence and transform into its most basic innocent and vulnerable form. When you allow your being to be vulnerable in this way, you can dive into the information and experiences presented in this book, knowing that you will be sur- rounded by and held in a beautiful healing love-light energy from the Place of Oneness, within which your vulnerable self can heal.
There are eleven tools I offer to you in this book. The acquisition of each one allows you to move onto the acquisition of the next tool. The tools begin with Healing the Inner Child Through Sacred Re-Parenting and end with Sacred Activism. Some may be able to acquire each tool on their own through the instructions in the book and the accompanying videos that can be obtained through our website, UniteandThrive. org. Some may need to seek in-person healing in order to fully receive that tool.
Since each tool builds upon the previous tool, it is important to receive each one in the order presented. The only exception to that is that if you are practicing Tool 1: Inner Child Healing and you find you are in too much pain and need more support, perhaps you need to get some more healing on the mind/body/ emotion/soul level in a way such as that presented in Tool 2: Primal Connections-Sacred Comprehensive Healing. Acquisition of Tool 2 requires working with a group, a trusted partner or an individual healer/therapist/shaman. My healing arts practice can provide individuals or groups with healing. The order in which you acquire Tool 1 and Tool 2 can be interchangeable, but it is highly recommended that these first two tools are acquired before mov- ing onto Tools 3-11. Even if you feel you have done a lot of healing on your Inner Child, there may be more layers to it. Our evolution and ascension is an evolutionary process. As we go deeper, we may discover layers to our healing that we had not previously been aware of. These deeper layers may be crying out for healing... so listen carefully.
This book may guide you to awaken to parts of yourself that had previously lain dormant and hidden away within you. In this book, these parts are called Sacred Survival Strategies. They must be honored and held with deep compassion and wisdom. As you do the Sacred Exercises to acquire a tool, if you find it is too difficult to do this on your own, please seek healing from an experienced healer, therapist, counselor, shaman, etc. If your body is in pain as you do these exercises, you can use this pain as a portal to your growth, evolution, and ascension. If your pain is too great, this may not be possible, so please seek support.
Each chapter follows a pattern. The pattern begins with a personal story of my experience with the tool offered and how I used that tool in my life.This personal sharing is then followed by a sharing of Sacred Concepts currently alive in our world that relate to that tool. You will learn how that tool can be used to both heal our relationship to the dark part of that Sacred Concept AND awaken to the light part of that Sacred Concept in your body/mind/emotional/ soul complex. The intention of sharing these Sacred Concepts is to bring about healing, wholeness, evolution, and ascension as revealed to me in the Place of Oneness.
This sharing of Sacred Concepts is followed by an offering of Divine Sacred Exercises that you can practice alone, with a partner, with a healer, or in a healing community. These exercises are offered for you to fully embrace and acquire each tool and then apply them to your life.
In addition to the written instructions for how to receive each tool, there will be some accompanying videos that can be found on our website, uniteandthrive. org or on our YouTube channel, Unite and Thrive.

Each YouTube link will include the subject title so in case it expired, you can find another similar video. This way, you can look up the subject of the video for yourself, if necessary.
The way each chapter is laid out may follow this pattern repeatedly and in different places throughout the chapter, but the pattern remains consistent.

About the Author
Aza Prem Charu worked as a NYC dance teacher for 25 years. She has had a private practice combining massage therapy, dance/movement therapy, hypnotherapy, hydrotherapy and small dog therapy. She is a also dance/theater performing artist, author, visionary and mother of 3 beautiful children, (including Mahdi who is in Spirit), who were all raised holistically.
Inspired by the death of the body of her eldest son with whom she works in Spirit, she has channeled a vision for the Unite and Thrive Ecovillage where all members commit to their own healing as a pre-requisite for joining. The Unite and Thrive Ecovillage will include the Divine Healing Evolving Enlightened Portal (DHEEP) Healing Arts Center, the Sacred Warriors of the Light (SWOTL) School of Transformation for youth ages 4 to 26, and the Agape Perfoming Arts Center (APAC).
She sees the Sacred Warriors of the Light Healing Movement and the creation of the DHEEP ecovillage, as part of a global movement of creating ecovillages all around the planet to replace the destructive forces that are currently controlling the people of Planet Earth in hurtful ways. She sees that healing our personal, collective and generational wounds as the essential first step to creating a new way forward as we create the New Way Of Being On Earth Together (NWBOET) in this time of the Great Awakening.
