    I've owned this book forever and never read it....what is wrong with me?!?!? This book was amazing! Pulled on all of my heart strings.

    Marina had been through SO much and was still healing mentally and honestly struggling with the loss of all of her hopes and dreams...Until Arsen. It took one look at Arsen was sunk, he'd found his forever and was ready to do all it took to break down her walls.

    I loved the age gap, their size/stature difference, Arsen's growly dominate behavior, and the side characters who are clearly getting their own books.

    Love love loved this book!

    Marina Parks has kept herself in a safe bubble believing that she is unworthy of finding a man to take a chance with since she believes she is flawed. Arsen Daniels realizes he has been setup and is ready to leave the party when sees Marina. He knows she is the one instantly, now he needs to convince Marina that no matter what the shadows hide behind her eyes, he will be by her side and never leave.

    I enjoyed this one quite a bit. Arsen is pure alpha male and I loved the way he handled Marina. Marina is great and I thought her troubles were genuine fears that were explained well. Great book.

    I loved how Arsen and Ari’s story came together. Ari is a school teacher who was involved in a horrible car accident leaving her unable to have children, if she tried the baby would most likely die before her first trimester was over. Knowing this about herself leaves her struggling with insecurities about her future, after all who would want to be with her knowing she can’t give him a family. In walks Arsen. Head strong, arrogant, and just about the safest place for her to be. He loves her so completely that she struggles with telling him about her medical problem. She’s terrified of his reaction. When she finally tells him, he handles it badly. When he realizes how badly he handled it he immediately goes to her only to find out she took off for her parents home. He tracks her down, now the question remains can Ari let her insecurities go so she can enjoy the future that Arsen promises her is truly hers to keep?

    Arsen will fight with everything he has to make her feel worthy, but when he finds out her secret, will he run or stay??

    Until Arsen left me utterly speechless, this book is beyond raw in emotion. It hits you with all the feelings, my heart broke for Marina. The things she had been through are heartbreaking.

    Arsen, I adored. I loved the way he looked beyond what she can give him and seen the bigger picture. This was truly a beautiful story which touched on something that impacts so many.

    KL told what could of been a tragic story with a balance to the sadness you could feel from Marina in the beginning of the story. Angst, fear, loneliness, happiness and love are all emotions that keep you captivated while reading this book, every emotion that the characters feel is so easily felt for them.
