    I was drawn into this story..I recommend the book unless you are faint-hearted. Some topics are a bit extreme: explicit violence and (artfully managed) eroticism.
    A. J. Downey is talented at creating interesting characters. The main characters in this story have an "opposites attract" scenario going on.. Reaver is attractive but has a dark undercurrent to his personality. Fortunately for him his secret passion for Hayden has the chance to become a romance if Hayden is up to the challenge.
    I think this is the best book A.J. Downey has written. I hope there will be more soon. She is skilled at making her stories believable.

    Wow! Loved it! Storyline was engaging, emotional, intense, hot and dark along with some self-discovery, trust and love. Reaver is a sexy badass biker. He's funny, sweet, in love with Hayden and will do anything to protect her including from his darkness and kink. After being left at the alter and rescued by Reaver, Hayden realizes there's more to him than what she seen. Their characters have steamy chemistry and passion along with a sizzling threesome with Cutter. Despite not personally enjoying parts of Reaver's kink, it was a good book and I give it 5 stars.

    Sometimes the toughest guys have the biggest hearts. I think Reaver's is the biggest of them all. When Hayden's life came crashing down, he thought nothing of stepping in and picking up the pieces. What an amazing un-honeymoon.

    There was something amazing going on from page one. Some good. Some bad, but always addictive. I have wanted to read nothing else since discovering this author. I may have started with the wrong book, but I am catching up fast and will soon be back with the Brotherhood, but this time I will know all I need to know to get lost within the pages of another series. I may never want to be found.

    So I just finished Cracked and Crushed and I am happy I did. This was seriously a good story. It's not for everyone because H is a bit creepy but can I say in a good way? I think the author did a great job in helping me to fall in love with Reaver and Hayden. When I first read the blurb I thought, nope, not for me, yet I felt compelled to try the excerpt, and just like that I was hooked. It is and it's not your typical romance/ MC story. But if your curious, try it.

    What a story ! From the moment Reaver steps in to help Hayden to the final HEA, I just couldn't put this down. Great chatacters and some new faces along with a plot which gives a huge insight into these two. Loved every page and can't wait to read the next book.

    I didn't like this book or love this book, I fu**ing LIVED it!!! I laughed, cried and swooned with Hayden! I may of cowered in fear a little bit too! Life knocks Hayden on her ass at the very start of the book and Reaver steps in to help her up. Hayden is a beautiful character, growing and developing at the perfect pace with Reaver's guidance and support. Oh Reaver! What a deliciously dark and fractured soul! In spite of his 'monster' he is kind, patient and non-judgemental. Allowing Hayden to break and put herself back together, giving her advice and encouragement at every turn. A.J Downey's ability to make you FEEL her books rather than read them is a gift. I admit I started this book with high expectations after reading the first two Sacred Hearts books. My expectations were met, surpassed and left me hungry for more! Much more!
