We want to make you aware that following January 2022โ€™s commission payout we will be implementing a monthly process of removing records of both inactive Associates and inactive Preferred Customers in all markets from our system (genealogy).

ย What Does Inactive Mean?

  • Inactive Associate:is an Associate who has not bought or sold any product on his/herย account within the past 24 months (two years). In addition, if the Associatesโ€™ Preferred Customers have not purchased productย  ย within the past 24 months (two years).
  • Inactive Preferred Customer:is a Preferred Customer who has not purchased any product within the past 24 months (two years).

At the start of January 2022,ย  emails will be sent to both the Inactive account holder and their enroller, notifying them that our system has flagged their account for removal, and allowing them through the end of the month to take action to avoid their account from being removed.

What You Can Do to Help Inactive Associates & Inactive Preferred Customers

At the start of each month, we suggest you run a report of potential Associates/Preferred Customers whose records are scheduled to be removed from the system due to inactivity.ย Next, we encourage you to reach out to these people and encourage them to make a purchase.

The System Record Cleanup Can Bring Advantages to You as An Associate

The compression that takes place when inactive Associates and Preferred Customersโ€™ records are removed has the possibility of bringing more volume closer to an Associateโ€™s pay levels.ย All positions that were sponsored by those who were removed will be moved under the next active position in the line of sponsorship. This could potentially increase the number of legs for the active upline Associates.

ย ยฟQuรฉ quiere decir inactivo?

  • Asociado Inactivo:es un Asociado que no ha comprado ni vendido ningรบn producto en su cuenta en los รบltimos 24 meses (2 aรฑos). Adicionalmente, si los Clientes Preferenciales del Asociado no han comprado productos en los รบltimos 24 meses (2 aรฑos).
  • Cliente Preferencial Inactivo: es un Cliente Preferencial que no ha comprado ningรบn producto en los รบltimos 24 meses (dos aรฑos).

Se enviarรกn correos electrรณnicos a mediados de diciembre tanto al titular de la cuenta inactiva como al registrador, notificรกndoles que nuestro sistema ha marcado su cuenta para eliminaciรณn y dรกndoles 30 dรญas para tomar acciรณn y evitar que su cuenta se elimine.

Lo que puedes hacer para ayudar a los Asociados y Clientes Preferenciales inactivos

Al inicio de cada mes, sugerimos que obtengas un reporte de los Asociados/Clientes Preferenciales cuyos registros estรกn programados para eliminaciรณn del sistema debido a la inactividad.ย Despuรฉs, te motivamos a que te comuniques con esas personas y las motives a que hagan una compra.
