Another arrival
Well, Allemande was successfully rescued from the downtown Atlanta bus terminal and yes, she too does exist and is just as I imagined her from the boards. Yes she IS tall but not in Hagrid's league. Our conversation has so far ranged over the geography of Atlanta, to language and the adoption of English terms in French and German, to Beethoven, Mozart and Tom Lehrer ...
The three of us had a great meal at a vegetarian Indian restaurant and have just taken Mincot's dog for a short walk. I have been healthy all day, so will feel no pain when I relapse over the next few days.
