Aliza

Aliza is a medical imaging and DICOM viewer that enables you to open 2D, 3D and 4D images in DICOM, MetaIO, Nifti, Nrrd, MINC2, and other formats.

Also, the program allows you to read and write images in MetaIO, Nifti, Nrrd, PNG, TIF and many more formats; read and write meshes in VTK, STL and OBJ format; read and write VTK poly line files; and more.
