Hola! First full day of work today - as in eight hours rather than four.....
I'm SHATTERED!
I had to fill a helium balloon today, it was soooo tempting to just inhale the helium... There was a slight incident when I couldn't get the gas to turn off, and I nearly blew the balloon up, but I just stood there for a couple of minutes while the customers laughed at me, and eventually someone came along to help. It was really pretty damn hilarious....
Also, it turns out that one of my supervisors is sleeping with the manager from another branch. They're both married. AND he got fired from his previous job for sleeping with the manager....
And another girl was stealing money out the tills. If people keep this up, I'll look like a model employee, even with the helium fixation!
School's been prettyboring recently, I only have three classes at the moment, and I don't even always have them all every day, but we're not allowed to come in late, or leave before lunchtime, so I have a lot of free periods. hence *drumroll* The Quiz!! http://quizilla.com/users/aloofelfprincess/quizzes/Which%20Of%20My%20Friends%20Are%20You%3F
We also have to put down reasons for signing out, which of course is crazy, so we're all going to put donw 'Gone Fishing' next time we have to sign out, to see if anyone notices. We need to draw up a list of something like 80 excuse to use for the rest of the year, so let me know if you have a good one!
Anyways, tomorrow, I'm doing my big LOTR marathon...wooooo!
