Menorca was pretty cool – hehehe some really hot guys…. And I met this guy from Craigmount!!! *sings ‘It’s A Small World’* Whoaness…. It was quite cool, there were loads of British people there (which sometimes got annoying), so there were a few of us who all hung out, Scott, (Craigmount boy), Chris, Yohan (it was his real name!!!!!!) and Mike, which was kind of cool. Apart from the fact that I became knoewn as Helga, because on the first day I met them I did my Swedish thing once…. It’s really quite weird being actually called Helga…. Also, some fcukwits actually thought I was Swedish –
‘Are you actually Swedish?’
‘No, do I look or sound Swedish?’
‘Well, are you Spanish then?’
‘Do I sound Spanish?’
‘No, you sound English. Where are you from?’
*I glance at my brother’s Scotland strip.*
We went snorkelling, (twice) which rocked, and the instructor dude was incredibly hot…….. And we went to a waterpark, but it wasn’t so much Wet and Wild (Florida waterpark) as Leith Waterworld (Edinburgh swimming pool). But I am pretty brown. And pink. And three-tone, in places…
Apparently the weather’s been really bad while I was away… yay?
Anyway, I’m back, but my family from new York are coming over to visit tomorrow, WOOOOOOOO! (I’ve only seen Grace, who’s one, twice, and I looooooobe her). The point of that was
a) I am very very excited
b) I’m here, but I may not be available every day for the next two weeks (but when are we going to Glasgow?)
c) They’ll be staying with us for a while, so I probably won’t be on during that time…..
