That day...
That day, that day, what a mess, what a marvel...
End of exams celebration today - we all went to Jimmy Chung's today for an all-you-can eat Chinese meal..... mmmmm, Chinese....
T'was vraiment BIZARRE, also tres funny, because we had 2 tables of 4, and me, Clare, Bing and Gilli were all at one table.. welll, Bing can use chopsticks, and the rest of us can use chopsticks after a fashion, so we were all eating our noodles with chopsticks, and the rest of them were using knives and forks, when they all started looking at us, and muttereing about 'showing off'.... Very funny, cuz me, Clare and Gilli were cheating, but sssssssshhh...
So, we'd all had about two platefuls of main course, then were starting on ice creams and jellies when Jen said 'We've got to eat 40 jellies, and there's 8 of us, so that's 5 each!' Well, that was random, and she wouldn't be negotiated with (I insisted that ice creams counted, but she said no.) So we started work... I'm pleased to report that we ate every single flavour, and got a grand total of 39!!! (We would have eaten 40, but the restuarant ran out of jelly). Gilli got the most, with 9, most peeps were around 5 or 6, I had 4 (but I'd already eaten 2 ice creams), and Clare and Bing only had about 4 between them! Gurrrr.....
Tis also interesting to note that I ate most of my jellies with chopssticks... which is strangely easy once you get the hang of it...

Slightly freaked out, now, I'm listening to dad's The best Air Guitar album in the world 3 (is it me, or is that a contradiction?!), and AVRIL LAVIGNE pops up!!!

Anyway, after that, I went to Clareypops' house, (your mum and bro are lovely!!!) and totally whipped everyone at Mario Kart *does victory lap*

Then came back home, and as I was deciding I really didn't want to eat any tea, dad came into the room, carrying two cups with a veeeeeeery little milk in for cups of tea... and somehow managed to drop one. This is the random bit, he managed to spatter milk over: quarter of the new carpet, two of the newly-painted walls, two chairs, the tablecloth, two bags, one coat, one violin case, one mirror, one fishtank. Seriously. AND THERE WAS STILL MILK IN THE CUP!!!!! AND the other cup still had milk in it. AND there was only about a centimetre of milk anyway!
So that was fun!
Oh, and I take it back, people obviously do read the LJ! Sorry!
