These terms apply to all services operated by Alexiuz AS, including alexiuz.com, Botlor, Generor, Naited, Darobodo, Statility, IOProof, Algatella, Muuic, Dupliself, Nusltr, Rexiew, NewsCompute, and the Buidlings open source crypto tools: CoinAllocator, Blockral, Blockinity, Provifier, Weavefront, gregat, and Discussier (collectively "Alexiuz Services").
By creating an Alexiuz account, subscribing to a newsletter, or using any Alexiuz Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Your Alexiuz account provides unified access to all Alexiuz Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account works across every service.
When you sign in through alexiuz.com, a one-time authentication token is used to create a session on the requesting service. Each service stores its own session cookie. Signing out of one service does not sign you out of others.
Some services may create a placeholder account (email only, no password) when another service needs to store data on your behalf. These shadow accounts are linked to your Alexiuz account and can be fully activated by verifying your email.
Each service stores its own application data (notes, conversations, generated content, subscriptions, etc.) linked to your Alexiuz user ID. Deleting your Alexiuz account will remove your authentication data and cascade a deletion request to all connected services.
Credits are a USD-denominated balance managed through alexiuz.com. Credits are purchased once and can be spent across any Alexiuz Service, including AI features and PPC advertising. Every verified account receives free credits weekly. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds for unused credits are at our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, free allotments, and per-action costs.
Nusltr provides curated newsletter content across multiple niches. By subscribing, you consent to receiving emails at the frequency described for your selected interests. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell subscriber lists to third parties.
Several Alexiuz Services use AI models to generate content (text, images, audio, video). AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI model provider.
NewsCompute (newscompute.com) is an AI-powered personal news service. Users create topics and receive original, AI-generated news summaries written by the AI model of their choice. All generated stories are private to the user who created the topic.
Stories generated by NewsCompute are created by third-party AI models (including Claude, Gemini, and GPT). These stories are original summaries, not copies of source material. However, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or hallucinated details including broken source links. NewsCompute is not a substitute for professional journalism. You should verify claims independently before relying on them.
NewsCompute feeds previous stories back to the AI as context to avoid repetition and enable evolving coverage. The number of previous stories used as context depends on your subscription tier (Free: 1, Pro: 6, Premium: 12).
NewsCompute offers Free, Pro, and Premium tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Emails sent to journalist@newscompute.com are processed automatically to create news topics. The email content is used to determine the topic name and description. Emails are processed and then deleted from the server.
The Buidlings services (CoinAllocator, Blockral, Blockinity, Provifier, Weavefront, gregat, Discussier) provide user interfaces and open source smart contracts for interacting with public blockchain networks including Solana, Ethereum, Base, Polygon, and Sui. These services are tools — they do not custody, control, or intermediate any funds, tokens, NFTs, or digital assets. All transactions occur directly on-chain between the parties involved.
At no point does Alexiuz AS take custody of, hold, or route your funds or digital assets. All payments, splits, commissions, and transfers execute directly on-chain via smart contracts between sender and recipient wallets. The Buidlings services provide a user interface only.
By using the Buidlings services, you acknowledge and accept that:
Nothing provided by the Buidlings services constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The services do not recommend any tokens, NFTs, or investment strategies. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.
Blockral's NFT marketplace facilitates peer-to-peer NFT sales with referral commissions. Alexiuz AS does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the authenticity, legality, or value of any NFT listed on the platform. Sellers are solely responsible for the NFTs they list. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence.
The smart contracts and frontend code for all Buidlings services are open source and available on GitHub. You may review, audit, fork, and self-host the code. The open source licenses apply to the code itself. These terms apply to the hosted instances operated by Alexiuz AS.
The Buidlings services interact with third-party blockchain networks, wallet providers, and protocols (including but not limited to Solana, Ethereum, Sui, Metaplex, and Seaport). Alexiuz AS is not responsible for the availability, security, or operation of these third-party services.
You may submit a website for inclusion in an Alexiuz directory niche by purchasing a Starter ($100) or Growth ($300) package. Each package includes a directory listing review and PPC advertising credit.
Each approved listing receives honest reviews generated by multiple AI language models via the Rexiew review platform. Listing content (descriptions, summaries, and editorial text) is a combination of AI-assisted and human editorial writing. AI-generated content is clearly disclosed on the directory. Reviews are honest and independent — purchasing a listing does not guarantee a favourable review.
Alexiuz AS reserves the right to decline any listing submission at its sole discretion if the website is deemed not a good fit for the directory, violates our acceptable use policy, or is otherwise unsuitable. If a listing is declined, the full purchase amount (including any bundled PPC credit) will be refunded to the original payment method.
PPC (pay-per-click) advertising credits are denominated in USD and are non-refundable once deposited to your account, except where a listing is declined (see 11.3). Credits are used to bid on ad placements across Alexiuz properties. Each click deducts the bid amount from your credit balance.
You may purchase additional PPC credit at a 1:1 USD ratio ($25 minimum, $1,000 maximum per transaction). Top-up credits are non-refundable.
Alexiuz AS employs duplicate click detection. If fraudulent click activity is identified, affected charges will be credited back to your balance.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. VAT or other applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction. Alexiuz AS does not store payment card details.
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any Alexiuz Service. Accounts used for spam, harassment, or illegal activity will be suspended without notice.
Content you create using Alexiuz Services belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your generated content, notes, or data. However, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the service.
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Alexiuz AS provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to loss of funds, tokens, NFTs, or digital assets when using the Buidlings blockchain services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Skien District Court, Norway.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
