Why do freedivers wear long fins? Longer blades move more water per kick, which means fewer kicks, which means less oxygen burned. Efficiency is everything when your air supply is whatever you brought with you.

Home again after a fantastic freediving week in Dahab and the Blue Hole. 17 members of Active Divers traveled to Dahab on the 26/10 to participate in a 6 day training week and it turned out to be a very successful week for all of us. With a lot of new knowledge and many new PB’s we all got home with a big smile on our faces :)
