Rebecca Cook shares digital drawing and lyric poetry with a philosophical edge that is as razor sharp as it is heartfelt and tender.
This work takes a different form without becoming overt or over-trying. As an English reader, I like the refreshing use of the 'norm' that some American writers seem to use ad everyday speech - an unrealised magic, like Ferlighetti - some things are familiar to the British, yet still not (thankfully perhaps) quite the everyday.
