Statistics related open source code

In addition to writing software for my own research, I regularly contribute to open source projects related to statistics, especially in the Julia programming language ecosystem. So far I have contributed to the following packages:

• CodeSource.jl which I maintain
• Julia language documentation
• LinearAlgebra.jl
• Statistics.jl
• MixedModels.jl
• GLM.jl
• PrettyChairmarks.jl

I have also contributed to the R language documentation and submitted bug-fixes to other R packages (see 1, 2).

Rust projects

I also sometimes experiment with Rust. I have worked on the following applications written in Rust:

• latex-clean-rs: a command line tool to clean (La)TeX-generated auxiliary files (source).
• branchtransfer: a command line tool to copy files from a git repo’s working directory to another branch (source).
• pretty-speedtest-rs which is basically just a fork of speedtest-rs

I have also made minor contributions to the rio terminal and tabiew
