Equinox blessings!

Today the sun is at zero degrees in Aries. This is the start of the astrological new year, and the spring equinox.

There is a balance between light and dark, yin and yang, day and night.

We are emerging from our winter caves, starting to awaken and come back to life.

Aries is the energy of new beginnings, the symbol of creative expression, increased vitality, expansive courage and it lights a fire under us.

The sun is in human design gate 25 for the spring equinox.

Unconditional love + compassion is the cure for what ails you.

Gate 25 holds up a heart shaped mirror for us to witness all the beauty within us.

And as we see ourselves more clearly through this lens, we begin to see the world around us with more clarity as well.

This is where we heal, in these spaces, these inhales… so soak up the nourishment, allow the unwinding…

Hold space for your self. And for those around you, as we navigate through the tough stuff that’s come up for us all recently. {the gate 36 of crisis we just exited was kinda intense, right?}

Gate 25 reassures us that we’ve got this. It reminds us that there’s pleasure + joy + peace all around us as well. We just need to be reminded to look for it.

So here’s three action steps for today:

• take time to cultivate peace in your life by connecting with your breath. Plant seeds of unconditional love with your intentional inhales and exhales.

• slow down and notice your surroundings as if you are seeing them for the first time. Have gratitude for where you are.

• find 3 things of beauty and really enjoy them. Allow the beauty to raise your vibration and bring you into the high vibe energy of love.
