Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Aitrex Technologies Private Limited ("Aitrex", "we", "us", or "our") provides returns, refunds, and exchanges for products and services. We strive to maintain professional standards and transparency regarding our digital and physical deliverables.

GENERAL NON-REFUNDABLE TERMS

Due to the specialized nature of our digital services and customized infrastructure, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Fees for services already rendered, including consulting, managed IT services, and infrastructure management.
  • Milestone payments once the associated work has been delivered.
  • Custom development, including Web Design, Branding, App Development, and Smart Contracts, once deployed to production.
  • Domain registration, web hosting, and renewal fees.
  • Downloadable software, digital keys, APIs, or licenses once issued.
  • Custom-built IT setups or personalized software configurations.

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, our policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt for most physical hardware products, provided they are in original, resaleable condition with all tags and packaging intact. Requests made after 14 days from delivery are generally not eligible for return.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, or crypto wallet where applicable) within 7-14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

EXCHANGES & DAMAGE

We replace hardware items only if they are defective or damaged during transit. To request an exchange, please email [email protected] with photographic or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

MAINTENANCE & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Website maintenance and recurring management subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, refunds are not provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle once the period has commenced.

SHIPPING COSTS

For voluntary returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If a return is due to a product defect or our error, Aitrex will cover the return shipping charges or arrange a pickup through our logistics partners.
