For federal government customers and prospective customers, certain rights and obligations are governed by applicable FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) clauses, SBIR data rights, and your specific contract terms with Airwai. Where federal rules conflict with these Terms, federal rules control with respect to the federal customer relationship.
