Thank you so much for inviting me to collaborate with you, Wilbert! I thoroughly enjoyed working with and I learned a lot about using AI in the process. Thank you for sharing your expertise, wisdom, and knowledge with me. π€ππ«ΆπΌ
Replying on this a little late! But as my very first collab it was a great experience to be able to write this with you too, @Jessica Drapluk :-) You are a true Substack star. Thanks for sharing your very interesting part about the nervous system. π«Άπ»
I appreciate the kind words and sharing your expertise and experience, Wilbert. Iβm honored and looking forward to future collaborations or projects together!
Thank you for a great article. It mirrors my experience with AI. I invested time (and money) to learn more about AI primarily because I was born a twin. Let me explain. I've always done my best work working with others, running ideas by them - not by thinking in a vacuum. The problem, I don't have anyone like that in my life at the moment - and then I met ChatGPT. It is doing that for me now, and I've never felt so creative and productive.
Hi Lorna, thank you π AI could be a great sparring partner or team mate if you use it right. Ideas in a vacuum wonβt flourish. Thanks for sharing your (AI) journey. You should try Claude as well!
Very interesting post! I think sometimes the overwhelm IS about the tools, not just our nervous systems.
Too many AIs, too much chaos, poorly designed and buggy interfaces (hello Perplexity, yes I hate you sometimes :))). Regulation helps, but so does picking tools that don't feel like drinking from a firehose haha.
Oh yes, it sure is. The fact that these major companies disguised as startups often struggle with poor UX and come up with names like ChatGPT 5.2 Pro Extended_1.1 is bugging me out as well.
You're very welcome, Mia!π emotional regulation definitely helps boosts our skills when it comes to using AI in a calm manner. Thank you for stopping by to read and support this collaboration piece with Wilbert. π«Ά I truly appreciate you. π€
I feel like we should celebrate the fact that AI can take over the jobs people have been complaining about for years, so they can find more meaningful work π
I love this so much, Casey! that's an awesome way to put AI taking over the jobs people have been complaining about and hating go to for what seems like forever now haha its party time with AI here!!
Thanks for this piece, team! Its true we are not wired to accept changes as pleasant by default. So i this age of rapid AI upgrades, its important to pause and think rather than panic and cling (to the latest tool).

This was helpful to read. Going faster doesnβt matter much if your system canβt keep up. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you π We as humans should be βplaying jazz with AIβ, so getting into a healthy rhythm is needed.
Thank you for reading and stoping by, Denise! We appreciate you. ππΌπ€
Great piece, so interesting to read your different perspectives!

Many thanks. Jessica and I worked and collaborated looooong on this one. (And are very happy with it as well)
Enjoyed reading this post Wilbert and Jessica. Structure before speed is so important when it comes to AI.
thank you so much, Anuja! Iβm glad you enjoyed it. I agree, structure along with calm and presence while using AI are super important!
Iβve been obsessed with the nervous system, itβs interesting to see the balance here.
Appreciate you, Leo! π«π«ΆπΌ
