Hey there, reader. I thought it would be good to tell a little bit about myself, so you know you are reading information from a trustworthy source.

My name is Wilbert Kramer and I am a Substack writer since December 2025. 🐣

I worked for an international board game & toy company called Goliath. With games like Rummikub, Sequence and toys like Domino Express and Jelly Blocks. I was involved in international marketing and brand management on the consumer side. Games and toys in my portfolio ended up in your Walmart and Target. Also, I launched and marketed app games like Triominos, played by millions globally.

After that I worked for an AI consultancy company called CUMLAUDE.AI. I have written tons of proposals for top brands wanting to enhance or convert their company processes to be AI-hybrid or fully AI-automated processes. Some simple AI-agents, but also advanced ones: think for example about robot dogs scanning the room and finding maintenance issues with help of AI.

I worked here as a marketer and AI trainer, building a community for Dutch professionals to learn about AI.
