Kellogg’s European Supply Chain is a complex network across 180 countries. The goal was to move away from “top-down” corporate mandates and create a “North Star” that resonated with a 70% male, data-driven, and technical audience. We needed to visualise how 11 distinct departments, from Procurement to Engineering, unite to serve the commercial dream.

The Creative
We developed “Transform Together,” a campaign rooted in a “cardboard cut-out” aesthetic, a subtle nod to the iconic cereal box. Using charming 2D characters and machinery, we illustrated the journey from combine harvesters to customer service. The campaign culminated in a sophisticated animation where these individual components combined to form a humanoid “unity robot,” proving that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

The Result
By using a “show, don’t tell” approach, we bridged language barriers across Europe. The campaign shifted the culture from siloed operations to a collective mindset and successfully launched a three-year strategic roadmap with full buy-in from both leadership and the “salt of the earth” technical teams.

“The ‘Transform Together’ visuals did more than just explain a process. By co-creating these characters, we moved away from corporate jargon and into a visual language that our engineers and logistics teams actually enjoyed engaging with. The ‘Supply Chain unity bot’ became a powerful metaphor for our agility, showing that while we are many parts, we operate as one unstoppable force for our customers.”
