Get real-time order updates from your delivery drivers and capture proof of delivery in the field. View a list of shipments to be delivered for the route, or scan the transaction barcode to quickly access the shipment. For each shipment, get turn-by-turn directions, call, text or email the customer, modify the delivered quantity and update the status of the shipment. Confirm delivery by capturing a signature or taking pictures of the jobsite and/or delivered material. Contact your system manager for more information.

Version History - When the system configuration setting to display all branches is set in Agility, the Tran ID tab now displays. You can search for transactions using the Tran ID tab (Agility v619 required) - Ordered By field is now available to display on item cards within the Tran Details page (Agility v619 required) - Bug fixes 2026.1 Apr 15 Ship date through calendar continues to respond after selecting the current date in the calendar 2025.4 Jan 3 Modifications have been made with the ability to modify quantity on RMAs. When an item being returned has multiple commit records, the option to modify the quantity is disabled. RMAs with a single commit record can still have their quantity modified. Agility v616 is required. 2025.3 07/30/2025 - A new 'Failed Requests' selection has been added to the Options menu (cog wheel) in the app. Use this option to review failed requests sent from the app to Agility. The system defaults to Route, Dispatch, and Tran ID. You must have at least one tab selected. When navigating to the Route, Dispatch, or Tran ID tabs and there is only a single record that exists, the app will no longer auto-advance to the next screen. Auto-advance will still occur when a search is performed on these tabs and the search results in a single record. 2024.1.3 02/26/2024 Modifications have been made to allow for searching all transactions when a scanned barcode does not find a transaction in the list of transactions on the Tran ID tab. 2024.1.2 02/19/2024 Modifications have been made to ensure address information displays on the Tran Details page. 2024.1.1 02/01/2024 When taking a photo for image capture in POD, the device’s native camera is now used. This provides additional camera features including zoom and the use of the device's wide angle lenses. 2024.1 01/23/2024 Modifications have been made to ensure different ship-tos on the same customer and stops do not combine when using the ‘Combine shipments on Route/Dispatch Details pages’ mobile app parameter. 2023.2.4 12/21/2023 - Ensure regular zoom is working during image capture. - Ensure completed routes and dispatches show after searching for them on the Route and Dispatch tabs. New buttons ‘Search All Routes’ and ‘Search All Dispatches’ show to accomplish these searches. - Ensure menu security permissions work as expected in POD when using Agility org security. 2023.2.3 12/13/2023 Modifications have been made to ensure the image preview loads successfully on the Confirm screen when using Infinite Blue for photo storage and that transactions show after searching for them on the Tran ID tab. A new button ‘Search All Transactions’ shows to accomplish this search. 2023.2.1 11/29/2023 - Ensure the terms and conditions page loads from the signature screen - Modernize user flows for the app: -- Allow for search, filter, and sorting transactions, routes, and dispatches -- Added a shortcut for users to quickly return to the main menu from the drawer -- Split Cash on Delivery totals so users can see prices per-transactions -- Added Customer PO on transactions cards on Tran Details screen and Tran ID Selection tab -- Allow users to see all uploaded images from the Confirm screen 2023.2 11/21/2023 Added analytical logging for DMSi Support 2023.1.1 07/10/2023 The Agility Proof of Delivery app has been upgraded to allow the use of the future org hierarchy security option. 2023.1 06/14/2023 Required platform upgrades have been installed.
