AeroBlend versions

- Fixed : "Pick Color From Screen" and "Select a Color" where enabled in Icon\Window contents mode
- Fixed: Wallpaper options enabled even when it was not in Wallpaper mode
- Fixed : On Windows Vista , pressing the "Alt" key on a the about/settings dialog, some controls would disappear

Reorganized the options dialog
Added an apply button to the options dialog for a quick preview
Added a warning dialog at startup if Windows is not version 7
Fixed: Sometimes under Vista or higher Windows versions, the tray icon panel would stay in front of AeroBlend options
