Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LANGA Corp. Srl ("LANGA", "we", "us") governing the use of AEGIS, its components, and any services provided through LANGA Galaxy. By accessing or using AEGIS, you accept these Terms in their entirety.
1. Definitions
- "AEGIS" — the core technological infrastructure layer operated by LANGA Corp., consisting of Account, Easy, Governance, Intelligence, and Sync.
- "Connected Service" — any website, application, or digital service that integrates with AEGIS via the Sync protocol.
- "Operator" — the person or entity that owns, operates, or administers a Connected Service.
- "End User" — any individual who accesses or uses a Connected Service or AEGIS directly.
- "Galaxy" — LANGA Galaxy, the complete ecosystem of services, networks, and infrastructure operated by LANGA Corp.
- "Sync Protocol" — the proprietary communication protocol that connects services to AEGIS.
- "Leghe" — LANGA's utility token, used as prepaid credit within the Galaxy (1 Leghe = €0.01).
- "Network" — one of the five thematic service groups within LANGA Galaxy: LINK, OPS, FORGE, BAZAR, or LAB.
- "Pack" — a subscription plan within a Network (e.g., CARE, SHIELD, PULSE, SOVEREIGN).
2. Acceptance
These Terms become binding upon you when:
- For Operators: upon installation of the Sync Connector, LANGA Sync mu-plugin, or any AEGIS integration component on your service.
- For End Users: upon using Magic Link authentication, SSO login, or accessing any service powered by AEGIS.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install the Sync Connector and do not use any AEGIS-powered service. Continued use after modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Services Provided
AEGIS provides the following infrastructure services:
- Account: unified identity management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Leghe wallet, user profile management.
- Easy: transactional communications, payment processing and invoicing, incident management, public status page.
- Governance: cascading configuration rules (Galaxy → Network → Service), feature toggles, centralized deployment.
- Intelligence: aggregated data analytics, AI-powered vertical models (LinkAI, OpsAI, ForgeAI, BazarAI, LabAI), operational insights.
- Sync: heartbeat monitoring, settings propagation, automatic updates, real-time connectivity protocol.
4. Connection Levels

The connection level is determined by the subscription Pack or integration method selected by the Operator.
5. Operator Obligations
By integrating AEGIS, the Operator agrees to:
- Maintain current software: keep the Sync Connector or mu-plugin updated to the latest available version. LANGA is not responsible for issues arising from outdated integration components.
- Preserve protocol integrity: not interfere with, modify, block, or circumvent the Sync protocol, heartbeat signals, or any data flow required by the selected connection level.
- Display required branding: show the "Powered by AEGIS Tech" badge on Connected Services where required by the active connection level and Governance toggles. Forcible removal of the badge without deactivation through Governance constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Comply with applicable law: ensure that the Connected Service complies with all applicable privacy, consumer protection, and data security laws, including GDPR where applicable.
- Inform End Users: clearly disclose to End Users that the Connected Service uses AEGIS infrastructure, and provide a link to this Privacy Policy or include equivalent disclosures in the Operator's own privacy policy.
- Not abuse the service: not use AEGIS for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to overload infrastructure, or to interfere with other Connected Services.
- Protect credentials: maintain the confidentiality of all API keys, tokens, and access credentials. The Operator is responsible for all activity that occurs under their credentials.
6. End User Obligations
End Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to AEGIS components, other users' accounts, or Connected Services.
- Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access AEGIS unless explicitly authorized.
- Not circumvent security measures, authentication systems, or access controls.
- Comply with all applicable laws while using services powered by AEGIS.
7. Leghe Tokens
- Nature: Leghe are prepaid digital credits for services within LANGA Galaxy. They are not currency, securities, or investment instruments.
- Value: 1 Leghe = €0.01 (adjustable by Governance with 30 days' prior notice).
- Purchase: Leghe can be purchased in EUR from any LANGA service that supports checkout via Easy.
- Expiration: Leghe do not expire.
- Refunds: Leghe are non-refundable in fiat currency. Leghe balances may be used across any Network that accepts them.
- Cashback: Certain transactions generate Leghe cashback at rates determined by Governance (per-Network or per-Service). Cashback rates may be modified with 15 days' notice.
- Account closure: Upon account deletion, any remaining Leghe balance is forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
Consumer rights: Nothing in this section overrides your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
8. Magic Link Authentication
- Magic Link provides passwordless authentication via a one-time link sent to your registered email address.
- Tokens are cryptographically generated (SHA-256 hash), single-use, and expire after 15 minutes.
- LANGA is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised email accounts.
- Magic Link emails are sent from noreply@lan.ga. LANGA will never ask for passwords or personal data via email.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in AEGIS, the Sync Protocol, Intelligence models, AI system prompts, aggregated datasets, source code, documentation, branding, and the LANGA Galaxy architecture are the exclusive property of LANGA Corp. Srl. These Terms do not grant the Operator or End User any rights to LANGA's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as intended.
Specifically, the Operator and End User shall NOT:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of AEGIS components.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Sync Protocol or any AEGIS software.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or branding.
- Use LANGA's trademarks (AEGIS, LANGA, Galaxy, Network names) without prior written authorization.
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any AI-generated insights, reports, or datasets produced by Intelligence for commercial purposes without authorization.
10. Service Availability
- Status page: real-time service status is available at easy.lan.ga/status.
- Best-effort uptime: LANGA endeavors to maintain high availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Specific uptime commitments, where applicable, are defined in individual Pack agreements or SLAs.
- Maintenance: scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance through the status page and, where possible, via email. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
- Force majeure: LANGA is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, network outages, cyberattacks, government actions, or pandemics.
11. Disconnection
11.1 Voluntary disconnection by Operator
The Operator may disconnect at any time by removing the Sync Connector or mu-plugin from their service. Disconnection is immediate and does not cause loss of the Operator's local data. The Connected Service will continue to function normally without AEGIS services.
11.2 Disconnection by LANGA
LANGA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to AEGIS, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
- Material breach of these Terms.
- Non-payment of fees for 30+ days.
- Use of AEGIS for unlawful purposes.
- Actions that compromise the security, integrity, or availability of AEGIS or other Connected Services.
- Repeated failure to update the Sync Connector despite notification.
In case of termination by LANGA, the Operator will be given 30 days to export their data (user accounts, transaction history, Leghe balances) unless termination is for security reasons or illegal activity, in which case access may be revoked immediately.
12. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully. It limits our liability to you.
- AEGIS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LANGA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
- Aggregate liability cap: LANGA's total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or the use of AEGIS shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Operator to LANGA in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €500, whichever is greater.
- This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if LANGA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
13. Indemnification
The Operator agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LANGA Corp., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:
- The Operator's breach of these Terms.
- The Operator's violation of any applicable law.
- Any third-party claim relating to the Operator's Connected Service.
- Any data breach caused by the Operator's failure to maintain adequate security.
14. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the use of AEGIS, including but not limited to API keys, system architecture details, pricing terms, and business strategies. This obligation survives termination of these Terms for a period of three (3) years.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
LANGA processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. By using AEGIS, the Operator acknowledges that LANGA acts as a data processor for certain data processed through AEGIS on behalf of the Operator (who acts as data controller). The data processing relationship is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) which forms part of these Terms and is available upon request at legal@lan.ga.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Informal resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting legal@lan.ga. Either party may propose informal resolution, and both parties agree to participate in good faith for at least 30 days.
16.2 Consumer dispute resolution (EU)
If you are a consumer in the EU and cannot resolve a dispute informally, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16.3 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan, Italy, except where mandatory consumer protection laws grant jurisdiction to the courts of your place of residence.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable Pack agreement or SLA, constitute the entire agreement between you and LANGA Corp. regarding the use of AEGIS. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
19. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of LANGA Corp. LANGA may assign its rights and obligations to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of its assets, provided the successor agrees to be bound by these Terms.
20. Waiver
The failure of LANGA to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of LANGA.
21. Changes to These Terms
LANGA may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-service notification. Continued use of AEGIS after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use and disconnect from AEGIS.
