We’re looking for a 2D Motion Designer who can turn static ideas, gameplay moments, hooks, and raw concepts into motion creatives that actually make people stop scrolling.
This is a role for someone who understands that motion has a job to do: grab attention fast, deliver the idea clearly, and make the creative perform. At AdSpawn, we help mobile game studios create and test ads faster, smarter, and with way more creative firepower.

Create high-quality 2D motion creatives for mobile game advertising
Turn gameplay footage, static concepts, UI elements, text hooks, and rough ideas into strong video ads
Explore multiple visual angles, hooks, pacing styles, and iterations for the same idea
Collaborate closely with the creative lead.
Improve creatives based on feedback, testing results, and performance data.
Keep an eye on trends in mobile game ads, social content, editing styles, and competitor creatives
Help raise the creative bar by bringing fresh ideas.
Work with indie, medium and AAA gaming studios.
Strong portfolio of motion work, ideally in mobile games, advertising, performance marketing, or short-form digital content
Solid skills in Adobe After Effects
Good command of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and the usual supporting tools
Strong understanding of motion principles, pacing, composition, typography, and visual storytelling
Ability to take a rough brief and turn it into a polished creative without needing every detail.
Good English communication skills
Experience with mobile game user acquisition creatives
Experience working with performance teams and reacting to creative results
Understanding of what makes an ad work on Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms
Familiarity with Spine
Familiarity with the newest AI creative tools and an interest in actively exploring new workflows with them
Some experience with sound design, trailer editing, or lightweight VFX
Basic sense for what works in app store videos, gameplay trailers, or direct-response creative
