After two short teasers, here’s the real trailer for Inside Out 2, the next animated film from Pixar Studios, which will be released in theaters on June 19th. It features little Riley as a teenager.
Adolescence means a tumultuous period of emotions, so much so that new characters will burst into her head: the studio is releasing a detailed introduction to Anxiety, Envy, Boredom, and Embarrassment to accompany this video.
Surprisingly, among the actors joining the original version to voice these new characters is a young French actress: Adèle Exarchopoulos. Having just won a César Award for her outstanding supporting role in Jeanne Herry’s Je verrai toujours vos visages, the actress lends her voice to Boredom, “who couldn’t care less about anything”, the animation studio immediately warns.
She had already participated in the French dubbing of another Pixar film, Elementary, released in theaters last summer, and is here creating the voices for the original version of the film. Will she then dub herself in the French version? For the moment, Disney has not communicated about the French version of this animated film.
