No. While your principal remains deposited in Morpho vaults (we only leverage the yield), there are inherent risks in DeFi. Smart contract vulnerabilities, bridge failures, or stablecoin depegging could affect your funds. We use battle-tested, audited protocols to minimize these risks, but they cannot be eliminated entirely. Only deposit what you can afford to lose.
The main risks include: Smart contract risk — bugs in code could lead to loss of funds despite audits. Bridge risk — cross-chain bridges (AggLayer) could experience issues. You can withdraw anytime with no lock-ups. Withdrawals are processed from Morpho vaults on Ethereum, then bridged back via AggLayer. Standard withdrawals typically complete within minutes to a few hours depending on network congestion. You'll pay Ethereum gas fees for the transaction, but Activ Finance charges no withdrawal fee.
